Dave Hall is a native of New Hampshire and a resident of Southern NH for over 35 years. He attended public schools in Amherst and Milford, and graduated from Tabor Academy in 1992, received a BA degree in sociology from Bates College in 1996. He has attended Harvard University as part of their continuing Education Summer Program, and has also participated in the S.E.A. program in Woods Hole MA.  Following his graduation from Bates he worked in Telluride CO for Telluride Resort Accommodations.  In 1997 he joined DeWolfe Companies in Bedford NH, formerly Houck and Hall Inc. Since 1999 he has been the President of Kairos IGTM, a NH real estate investment, consulting, and project management company. He is a former Director of the Greater Nashua Home Builders and Remodelers Association. He currently serves as a member of the Mont Vernon NH Planning Board, has served on the Mont Vernon Fire Department, and is a former coach for Milford NH High School and is a certified FAST combatives instructor in NH. He is currently involved with numerous real estate investments in Southern New Hampshire and currently resides in Southern NH with his wife and family.

Karolin is a proud New Hampshire native, though she was first licensed in Massachusetts under the Jack Conway company. She has worked in marketing and project management within commercial construction and apprenticed in residential home construction on the seacoast while attending UNH, gaining an understanding of both the business and hands-on aspects of building. Karolin and her husband founded their own home furnishings company while living in Massachusetts.

As a retail business owner, Karolin honed her sales and marketing skills while enjoying the opportunity to work with homeowners, interpreting their individual needs and seeing that each achieved complete satisfaction. Real Estate allows her to couple her skills and passions while assisting people through a process driven service, assuring their needs are met through prompt response, attention to detail, and clear communication.
