NH Home Market Team is working with several NH investors who have cash funds

Help me and the other readers who visit this site understand who the NH Bank
owned buyers are? Are you investors looking to fix and flip? Or are you first
time home buyers looking at bank owns because of their attractive price. If you
are a first time home buyer what concerns do you have? Are you reluctant to buy
a NH bank owned property because you are concerned with the unknown issues
potentially lurking behind the walls?

I ask these questions because I am
looking to understand who is making up the buying population of NH bank owned
properties. The inventory is dwindling so I ask who are you and what is causing
