Signing up for automated email alerts when new listings are added to the NH MLS database, or existing listings are modified, is easy. But, you need to have a registered account in order to set up this convenient feature.
If you don't already have an account with us simply click on "Register Now" above or the word "register" at the very top of this page.
Fill in all the required information and select "Send Registration". In a few moments you will receive an automatic email with a link back to our site for verification. Once you click this link you will be verified and will be allowed to login to our site as a registered user.
Enter your Username and Password into the fields at the top of this screen and then select "Login".
You will see a page that looks similar to this:
Now just use the menu items at the top of the page to browse and/or search for your desired listings. When you reach a search result page you will have the option to "Save this search" button.
You will be redirected to the following form.You need to enter a name for your saved search. You can use any name that you choose.
Important! You also have the option to sign up for and automatic email notification when a new listing that satisfies your search criteria is added to our database. You will also receive updates to any existing listings that meet your search criteria - for example a price reduction!
